Safety Policy
Version 0.1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-05
Draft — Draft — this document has not yet completed professional legal review. It reflects how NADRI intends to operate and may change.
The safety system behind every NADRI session, with honest status.
What is live today
- Host identity verification and interviews before profiles go live.
- Public-places-only rule for all meetings.
- In-platform chat that the operations team can review when an incident is reported.
- Incident reporting through chat and Contact Us.
- Reviews only from travelers with completed sessions.
In preparation (not yet live)
- Traveler identity verification (passport + face) before payment.
- One-time QR check-in and check-out for every meeting.
- Host location sharing during active bookings only.
- SOS (including silent SOS) with operations-team response.
- These are announced honestly as 'in preparation' everywhere on the site; none of them should be relied on today.
Operating hours and emergencies
NADRI's safety support operates during stated operating hours — it is not a 24/7 monitoring service and does not automatically contact the police. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first: police 112, fire & ambulance 119 (Korea).
Insurance
There is currently no insurance program covering NADRI sessions. We are reviewing options; no coverage should be assumed until it is announced here.
