How NADRI keeps people-to-people meetings safe — and exactly which protections are live today. Features that are not live yet are marked honestly.
In an immediate emergency
Always contact local emergency services first: police 112, fire & ambulance 119 (in Korea). Then report the incident to NADRI so we can support you.
How NADRI verifies hosts
Available now
Every host completes identity verification and a live interview before their profile goes public. Safety training and affiliation checks are being added to onboarding, and a host's profile only ever shows checks that were actually completed.
How travelers are verified
In preparation
Travelers sign up with a verified email. Before payment, identity verification (passport and face check through a certified verification partner) is being prepared — it will be required after a host accepts a booking, not while browsing.
Secure in-platform payment
In preparation
All bookings must be paid through NADRI. Cash and payments outside the platform are not permitted, and anyone asking for outside payment should be reported. Automated card checkout is being prepared; until it launches, the NADRI team confirms payment with you after your host accepts.
QR check-in and check-out
In preparation
Each booking will get one-time QR codes: both sides scan at the start and end of the meeting, so every session has a verified start and finish tied to the right people.
Location sharing during active bookings
In preparation
While a booking is in progress, the host's location will be shared with the NADRI operations team — never all the time, only between check-in and check-out, with consent and a clear retention policy.
Emergency SOS
In preparation
An SOS button (including a silent version) will alert the NADRI operations team with the booking details and location during active sessions. Safety support operates during stated operating hours — it does not automatically contact the police.
Community rules
Available now
Meet in public places, keep chat and payment inside the platform, no driving, no drinking-centered plans, no private spaces, and treat each other with respect. The full rules are in our Community Standards, Host Standards and Guest Code of Conduct.
Reporting an incident
Available now
You can report a problem from your chat room or through Contact Us at any time. Because all arrangements stay in-platform, our team can review the conversation when something goes wrong. Serious reports are prioritized and may lead to suspension or removal of the account involved.
Privacy and data protection
Available now
We collect only what the service needs, keep sensitive verification data separate, and publish exactly what we store and for how long in the Privacy Policy and Location Data Policy.
Insurance
Not yet available
NADRI does not yet provide an insurance program for sessions. We are reviewing options and will state clearly here when coverage exists — until then, no coverage should be assumed.
