Cancellation & Refund Policy

Version 0.1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-05

Draft Draft — this document has not yet completed professional legal review. It reflects how NADRI intends to operate and may change.

When you can cancel and what gets refunded.

1. Principles

  • If a host cancels or does not show up, the traveler is refunded in full.
  • If NADRI cancels a booking for safety or policy reasons before it starts, the traveler is refunded in full.
  • If an experience is ended early for a safety reason, the case goes to operations review rather than an automatic decision.
  • Refunds are always processed through NADRI, back to the original payment method.

2. Traveler cancellation (initial schedule)

Until automated payments launch, bookings are only charged after host acceptance; cancelling before payment costs nothing. Once prepayment is live, the initial schedule is: full refund up to 48 hours before the start time, 50% refund between 48 and 24 hours, no refund within 24 hours. These figures are operator-configurable defaults, not final legal terms, and will be confirmed in legal review. [Legal review required]

3. No-shows

Host no-show: full refund to the traveler. Traveler no-show: treated as a within-24-hours cancellation. No-show determinations are made by the operations team based on chat records and (once live) check-in records.

4. Force majeure and disputes

Severe weather, disasters or other events that make a safe meeting impossible are handled case-by-case, defaulting toward a full refund or free rescheduling. If you disagree with a refund decision, reply in your booking chat or contact support; disputes are reviewed by a person, and the booking's records are preserved during the dispute.
