The agreement between you and NADRI for using the platform.
1. What NADRI is
NADRI is a people-to-people marketplace that connects travelers with verified local hosts for interest-based local experiences. NADRI is an intermediary: experiences are provided by individual hosts, and NADRI facilitates identity verification, booking, payment, safety support and dispute handling between the parties.
NADRI is not a travel agency, tour operator, tour-guide service, interpretation service or transportation provider. Hosts do not provide professional commentary on tourist sites or history and do not plan full travel itineraries.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One person may hold one traveler account and, if approved, one host profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Accounts that violate these terms, the Community Standards or the Prohibited Activities Policy may be suspended or removed.
3. Bookings and contract formation
A booking request is an offer from a traveler to a host. A contract for the experience is formed between the traveler and the host when the host accepts and payment is completed through NADRI. The policy versions (terms, refund policy, safety policy) in effect at booking time apply to that booking.
4. Payment
All bookings must be paid through NADRI. Cash and payments outside the platform are not permitted. Requesting or offering outside payment is a violation that can lead to account removal. See the Payment Policy for details.
5. Host and traveler responsibilities
Hosts set their own availability, duration, activity scope and group size within platform rules, and are responsible for the experiences they provide. Travelers must follow the Guest Code of Conduct. Both sides must follow the safety rules: public places only, in-platform contact and payment, and cooperation with check-in/check-out once available.
6. Platform's role and liability
NADRI operates verification, payment and safety systems in good faith, but is not a party to the experience contract between traveler and host. The scope of the platform's liability as an intermediary under applicable law (including e-commerce and consumer-protection law) requires professional legal review before this document is finalized. [Legal review required]
7. Changes to these terms
We version every policy. If a change is material, we will notify users and, where required, ask for renewed consent. Past bookings keep the versions they were made under.
