How payment works on NADRI and why outside payment is banned.
The rule
All bookings must be paid through NADRI. Cash and payments outside NADRI are not permitted. This is what makes refunds, dispute handling and safety support possible — money that moves outside the platform can't be protected.
Current state (honest)
Automated card checkout is in preparation. Until it launches: you are never charged before a host accepts; after acceptance, the NADRI team confirms payment with you directly through the platform. Cash on site is not accepted in any case.
Pricing structure
The session fee (₩30,000 per session up to 4 hours; ₩10,000 per extra hour, max 6) covers the host's time. Food, drinks, tickets and transport are not included — traveler and host each pay their own. Hosts never handle traveler money.
Refunds and records
Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and always return through the original payment method. Every payment and refund is recorded with the booking. When payment providers launch, receipts and host payout statements will be provided in-app.
