The agreement between you and NADRI for using the platform.
1. What NADRI is
NADRI is a people-to-people marketplace that connects travelers with verified local hosts for interest-based local experiences. NADRI is an intermediary: experiences are provided by individual hosts, and NADRI facilitates identity verification, booking, payment, safety support and dispute handling between the parties.
NADRI is not a travel agency, tour operator, tour-guide service, interpretation service or transportation provider. Hosts do not provide professional commentary on tourist sites or history and do not plan full travel itineraries.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One person may hold one traveler account and, if approved, one host profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Accounts that violate these terms, the Community Standards or the Prohibited Activities Policy may be suspended or removed.
3. Bookings and contract formation
A booking request is an offer from a traveler to a host. A contract for the experience is formed between the traveler and the host when the host accepts and payment is completed through NADRI. The policy versions (terms, refund policy, safety policy) in effect at booking time apply to that booking.
4. Payment
All bookings must be paid through NADRI. Cash and payments outside the platform are not permitted. Requesting or offering outside payment is a violation that can lead to account removal. See the Payment Policy for details.
5. Host and traveler responsibilities
Hosts set their own availability, duration, activity scope and group size within platform rules, and are responsible for the experiences they provide. Travelers must follow the Guest Code of Conduct. Both sides must follow the safety rules: public places only, in-platform contact and payment, and cooperation with check-in/check-out once available.
6. Platform's role and liability
NADRI operates verification, payment and safety systems in good faith, but is not a party to the experience contract between traveler and host. The scope of the platform's liability as an intermediary under applicable law (including e-commerce and consumer-protection law) requires professional legal review before this document is finalized. [Legal review required]
7. What NADRI is responsible for (통신판매중개자 책임 제한)
NADRI is a 통신판매중개자 — an intermediary — and is not a party to the experience contract between traveler and host. Rather than list only what we disclaim, here is what we are responsible for and can be held to:
- Screening host profiles before they go public, and removing hosts and listings that break platform policy.
- Displaying the host's identity and the intermediary disclosure accurately on every listing and booking.
- Operating booking, chat and payment records correctly, and keeping them available for dispute review.
- Applying the published refund policy as written, and correcting our own errors when we misapply it.
- Reviewing reports and disputes with a person, within stated operating hours.
- Protecting the personal data we hold, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Harm caused by NADRI's own fault — our error, our omission, our system — is ours, and disclaiming it is not something these terms attempt.
What NADRI does not warrant: the content, quality or outcome of an individual host's experience, which the host provides and is responsible for. The precise statutory formulation of an intermediary's liability limit, and the notice that must accompany it, require confirmation. [Legal review required]
8. Governing law and jurisdiction (준거법 및 관할)
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, regardless of where you live or where you booked from.
Disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법). For a consumer, article 2 of that Act read with the consumer-protective venue rule means the competent court is the one for the consumer's address or residence at the time the action is filed — NADRI does not designate an exclusive court of its own choosing, and these terms do not ask you to waive that venue. Where you have no address in Korea, jurisdiction follows the general rules for the defendant's location.
Before litigation you may bring a complaint to the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원) or a consumer dispute mediation body; using those routes does not cost you any right under these terms. The exact venue clause and the mandatory consumer-arbitration notices require confirmation. [Legal review required]
9. Changes to these terms
We version every policy. If a change is material, we will notify users and, where required, ask for renewed consent. Past bookings keep the versions they were made under.
